We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Austin, Texas . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role will support the client support team by coordinating policy renewals, preparing documents, managing communications, and ensuring timely follow-up, while adhering to Marsh's compliance and transparency standards. We will count on you to: Collaborate directly with our client support team to provide outstanding service to our clients Assist client support team members with gathering and formatting client renewal information, presentations, proposals, and other documents that are required when a client's policy renews Work closely with the supported colleagues for timeline coordination within a client's renewal Manage and record client and carrier communications in a shared document repository to ensure timely follow up and review by the client team Assist with the creation or maintenance of policy renewal documents and report on open items Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional, and transparency standards What you need to have: High school diploma with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including basic formulas and pivot tables. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines independently. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with remote client teams. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, conduct research, and ensure accurate information delivery.
