This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys keeping processes organized, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have meaningful responsibility from day one. Key Responsibilities Coordinate client meetings and prepare advisors with current client information Serve as a primary contact for routine client requests and follow-up Request, organize, and maintain confidential client documentation Keep client data, beneficiaries, and trusted contacts accurate and up to date Complete authorization forms and coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, insurance professionals, and other partners Prepare tax letters and standard client communications Maintain and improve internal and client-facing workflows Track details, deadlines, and follow-up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks What You'll Receive Direct exposure to and collaboration with senior leadership Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity for continued growth and expanded responsibilities Strong commitment to work-life balance SIE and Series 65 sponsorship, including exam fees
