The position is best suited for someone who takes ownership of deliverables, anticipates next steps, and produces clean, investor-ready work without constant supervision. The ideal candidate will have hands-on investor relations experience, strong Excel and financial analysis skills, and real commercial real estate underwriting exposure. Retail/shopping center experience is strongly preferred. Multifamily-only experience may be considered only where the candidate can clearly demonstrate the ability to transition into retail underwriting, tenant economics, property-level reporting, and ownership-facing analysis. - Accountability and follow-through: Evidence that the candidate works independently, meets deadlines, follows instructions, asks timely questions, and does not require repeated prompting.
- Tech proficiency: Strong Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM/investor portals, data rooms, file organization, and general comfort learning new systems.
