One of our best clients, a top 20 Vault rated firm, is looking to hire two experienced funds formation associates for their Houston office. We are very close with this firm, and the partner who heads the fund formation group in Houston reached out to us directly and expressed his need to hire a seasoned mid-level and senior funds associate, with 3-7 years of sophisticated investment funds experience. He needs top performers, with elite credentials (top firm/academics). You would be working with a partner who is both regarded as an elite funds lawyer, and is an incredibly nice person. This would be a diversified practice with both large sponsors and mid-market clients, including a significant Texas client base. They are not doing "mega-fund" raises which tend to crush people, and they have a very realistic pace. There is no set in-office policy at this date, but most associates are in the office 3 days or so a week.
