Transaction Support Specialist Richmond, VA Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Transaction Support Associate to assist two senior commercial real estate brokers and support the brokerage team. This role helps manage commercial leasing and sales transactions, prepares marketing materials, maintains databases, and delivers excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate commercial lease and sales transactions from listing through closing.
- Prepare leases, amendments, contracts, abstracts, and transaction documentation.
- Track deadlines and coordinate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and contractors.
- Provide daily administrative support: calendars, tours, proposals, presentations, and client communication.
- Create brochures, presentations, and maintain online listings and website updates.
- Conduct market research: available properties, comps, trends, and prospects.
- Maintain accurate transaction files, CRM records, and property databases.
- Identify workflow improvements using technology and emerging AI tools.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of administrative experience preferred (commercial real estate, property management, banking, legal, title or similar) Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills High attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, Canva or similar tools is a plus Professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and willingness to learn
