Yacht Broker/Marina Office Assistant Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Yacht Broker/Marina Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing client communications, and supporting daily marina operations. The ideal candidate will have boating experience and a strong ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. This position offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about the boating industry and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive marina experience Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries and facilitate transactions Manage client communication and follow-up to support yacht sales Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data accuracy through diligent data entry Assist with marina administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation management Support yacht brokerage activities by coordinating appointments, viewings, and related logistics Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the marina in all interactions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations within the marina office Skills Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively Experience in handling confidential information responsibly Proficiency in data entry and basic administrative tasks Sailboating experience is necessary to understand industry terminology and client needs Organized with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment Familiarity with marina or yacht brokerage operations is advantageous This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about boating who enjoy working in a client-focused environment. Pay:
