Job Description This individual will support one of our top defense clients by owning key components of the budget and financial lifecycle within a U.S. Army program office. They will work across multiple SAP-based systems to build, execute, and track spend plans, ensuring accurate fund allocation, compliance, and reporting. This role is highly analytical and hands-on, requiring close collaboration with program managers and finance stakeholders to keep funding aligned with mission priorities while resolving discrepancies in real time.
Key responsbilites include:
- Building and managing detailed spend plans across multiple appropriations and funding lines
- Executing and tracking funds within SAP-based systems including GFEBS, CCaR, and LMP
- Creating and maintaining financial documentation such as WBS, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and MIPRs
- Monitoring financial activity, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues within SAP Financials and related systems
- Supporting reconciliations, including quarterly reviews (DAR-Q), and ensuring accuracy of financial records
- Troubleshooting system errors (IDocs) and resolving unmatched transactions and unliquidated obligations (ULOs) Analyzing payroll postings and correcting budget allocation errors as needed
- Supporting audit readiness initiatives and maintaining compliance with financial regulations
- Partnering with internal teams to provide financial insight and ensure alignment to program goals $30/hr to $50/hr : Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- Active Secret Clearance
- Strong understanding of GFEBS, CCaR, LMP, Cprobe and PMRT software
- Completion of all mandatory training required for GFEBS and CCar access and use Power BI, Power Queries, Dashboarding, etc
