The role manages user access and provides system support for MFMP, P-Card Works, and Statewide Travel Management System (STMS), serving as the key point of contact for budget, procurement, and payment-related inquiries across the state. Additionally, this position reviews FLAIR accounting transactions and budget reports, monitors expenditure and encumbrances to ensure budget availability, responds to requests for budgetary information, and analyzes monthly P-Card transactions to identify trends and resolve potential issues. This position collaborates with field personnel to research and resolve unusual or complex financial transactions, assists with the preparation of the Division's Legislative Budget Request (LBR), as well as other administrative duties. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of the State of Florida budget process. Knowledge of the State of Florida's purchasing policies, and eProcurement System. Knowledge of the State of Florida's accounting policies, procedures and accounting codes. Ability to understand and apply rules, regulations, polices, and procedures. Ability to research and analyze financial data and compile the data into organized, reader-friendly reports. Ability to work independently, as well as with a team. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet required deadlines. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites. Skill in communicating effectively with internal and external customers in a tactful, courteous, and non-judgmental manner.
