Overview As a Lead Analyst on the Treasury Customer Payments team, you will serve as a critical steward of Chick-fil-A's Embedded Finance program, directing the execution and refinement of complex instructional funding processes. Additionally, this role is vital to maintaining the integrity of our Customer payments data, where you will build the dashboards and actionable insights necessary to guide leadership decision-making. By bridging technical data management with daily operational support, you will ensure the stability and growth of Chick-fil-A's enterprise payment strategy. Responsibilities Leverage subject-matter expertise and data to oversee daily instructional funding processes to ensure accurate and timely distribution of credit funds Own day-to-day operational support of all payments-related processes within our Embedded Finance Program Represent Treasury externally as a liaison for our Embedded Finance Program, working with vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure ongoing compliance Contribute to the implementation of additional vendors into existing Embedded Finance Program Be a subject matter expert for all of Treasury's warehoused payments data including datasets sourced from multiple processors Serve as a business steward of Treasury's datasets and help inform our long-term data roadmap Develop self-service data tools that enable monitoring of payment acceptance at the restaurant level Support ad-hoc modeling, daily reconciliation, budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes Manage the overall cost of payments for the chain Build, maintain, and present on dashboards and analysis that provides insights into Chick-fil-A's payments data and informs on key payments trends Collaborate with internal teams on requirements to develop and scale the payments programs and operations Serve as a subject matter expert in the payments operations area and act as a liaison across payment stakeholders Contribute to Chick-fil-A's long term payment strategy, evaluate potential new vendors, and own RFP analysis across all areas of payments (acquiring, fraud, tokenization, debit routing) Partner across the business (DTT, Marketing, Security) to research, develop, and test new payment acceptance options Represent the Treasury across the business in internal data and analytics user groups Stay aware of the continually evolving payment trends, best practices, and available tools to adopt and optimize payments Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) Proficient in Microsoft Office Proficient in analytical tools (SQL, Tableau) Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) 3+ years of Payments experience Experience with data and analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) Proficient in Python Demonstrated strategic thinking and cross-functional team influence Required Years of Experience 3 Preferred Years of Experience 5 Travel Requirements 10% Required Level of Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Level of Education Master's Degree Required Major/Concentration Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
