ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation and analysis of monthly P&L statements and balance sheetsSupport budgeting and forecasting processes for properties and operating entitiesPerform operational accounting duties, including:

Journal entriesAccount reconciliationsVariance analysisWork closely with operations and property management teams to ensure accurate financial reportingLeverage advanced Excel skills to analyze data and streamline reportingAssist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
