Overview
Job Summary
Prepares and files Medicare, Medicaid and Champus cost reports using established policies and procedures in order toply with Federal and State regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepares Medicare, Medicaid and Champus cost reports.
- Analyze proposed cost report adjustments and proposed reopenings.
- Demonstratesputer proficiency with all Reimbursement financial information systems including Compumax, Easy Work papers, Lawson, and Excel.
- Completes assigned goals
Experience
Preferred/Desired
1 year experience in healthcare
Education
Minimum Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Preferred/Desired
Accounting Master's Degree
Licensure
Preferred/Desired
CPA
