Job Description

We are TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) a professional solutions contracting and consulting firm supporting several military installations and federal agencies across the nation. We are seeking Sr/Mid PPBE Management Analysts to support our ongoing mission at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX.
What You'll Do:
Analyze budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls. Examine budgets for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports. Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation. Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs. Interpret budget directives and establish policies for carrying out directives. Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes. Perform cost-benefit analysis to compare operating programs, review financial requests, or explore alternative financing methods. Experience AF Staff Officer at MAJCOM level or higher Excellent knowledge of the
AF Corporate Process What You Bring:
Must have at least 2 to 5 years' experience with the building of Program Objective Memorandums (POM). Active TS/SCI required Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field. Experience in federal budget exhibit preparation and Federal Financial Management or equivalent training is is desired. Experience with operations center design and improvement, mission analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, strategic planning, roadmap development, training, policies, processes and procedures, business process reengineering, organizational development, strategic communications, risk management, or Lean Six Sigma.
