This role requires demonstrated experience in HUD, LIHTC, property management, fund accounting, and financial reporting. The CFO will report to the Board of Directors and oversee both strategic and hands-on financial functions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee financial operations and reporting Manage reporting for 24 separate financial statements Present financial reports to the Board of Directors Oversee transition from QuickBooks to Sage Support healthcare and real estate financial operations Perform both strategic and hands-on financial responsibilities Supervise the following direct reports: Controller Senior Accountant
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum five (5) years of executive-level experience Demonstrated experience with:
HUD LIHTC
Property management Fund accounting Healthcare finance Real estate finance Strong financial reporting background Revenue cycle healthcare experience preferred Low-income housing tax credit experience preferred HUD funding experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks and Sage preferred
EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA preferred. CPA preferred but not required. #IND1
Pay:
$180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
