CFO Ledgent Finance & Accounting - 4.0 Fremont, CA Job Details Full-time $300,000 - $390,000 a year 18 hours ago Qualifications Senior leadership Full Job Description Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-Manufacturing Seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on CFO to join the executive leadership team of a privately held, mid-sized 3PL and contract manufacturing company. This role partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive financial strategy, operational performance, and scalable growth across multi-site U.S. and international operations. What You'll Do Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, and long-range planning aligned with business objectives Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax functions, ensuring accurate reporting and GAAP compliance Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships, including credit facilities and covenants Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost structure, inventory, and site performance Support pricing, contract review, and profitability analysis across customers and programs Evaluate capital investments (equipment, automation, facilities) with ROI/NPV analysis Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance Build and lead a high-performing finance team What You Bring 10+ years of progressive finance leadership (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent) Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-driven environments Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, and ERP systems Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence executive decision-making CPA and/or MBA preferred Location Fremont, CA (onsite), with occasional travel. NO relocation package.
