Controller - multi unit retail

We are seeking a finance leader with experience in a multi-unit services platform environment who is excited about joining in the early innings of a growing organization and helping build the platform alongside the leadership team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting acquisition integration, operational scaling, financial infrastructure, and the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day accounting and finance operations Supporting acquisitions, integrations, and multi-location reporting Building scalable processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team on growth initiatives Managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPI reporting Helping establish best practices across the platform as the company expands

Qualifications:

Experience within a multi-unit services company Strong accounting and finance leadership background Ability to operate in a fast-paced, build-oriented environment Experience supporting growth, integrations, and operational scaling CPA and/or public accounting background is a plus

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
