$118,000•$130,000 per year Job Details•Responsibilities:
Lead company-wide and departmental financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, including revenue, headcount, and operating expenses, with a focus on R D functions Serve as a strategic finance partner to Engineering and Product, supporting budgeting, headcount planning, and ROI analysis Partner closely with senior leadership (CFO, VP FP&A, CTO, Product) to align financial targets with technical roadmaps and business priorities Own and manage the cost of revenue forecast, working cross-functionally to connect platform performance with financial outcomes Support development of board presentations, executive dashboards, and KPIs, delivering clear insights to senior stakeholders Perform variance analysis and scenario modeling to identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers Drive improvements in FP&A processes, building scalable and repeatable financial and operational workflows Partner with accounting to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives across the organizationQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting, preferably with exposure to SaaS or technology companies Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency (experience with BI tools a plus) Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience translating complex data into actionable insights Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail A bit about us:•We are a high-growth, product-led SaaS company operating at the intersection of data, technology, and customer engagement.
