  • Formulate and execute a financial strategy aligned with the company's overall corporate strategy to support long-term development goals.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and the formulation and supervision of operational plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support capital raising, investment decisions, and new business initiatives. 2. Financial Operations and Control
  • Oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.

  • Oversee investor relations, build a clear and credible financial narrative, and safeguard shareholder value. 4. Risk Management and Compliance Governance
  • Establish a robust enterprise risk management framework to ensure effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks.
  • Lead the financial reporting aspects of internal audits and compliance reviews. 5. Team Building and Organisational Leadership
  • Lead and develop the finance team, set performance objectives, and cultivate a high-performing finance professional workforce.
  • Drive financial digital transformation by introducing automation tools and AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a business partner, collaborating closely with all business units to align financial objectives with business goals.
