Salary Range:
$130,000 – 140,000 +

Chief Financial Officer:
Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, audits, and financial reporting Oversee grant compliance, restricted funding, endowment reporting, and nonprofit regulatory requirements Direct Human Resources operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance Oversee a stable and lean team of finance professionals including a Controller, Staff Accountant, and AP support Partner with executive leadership and the Board on strategic planning, financial analysis, and organizational growth initiatives Manage risk, insurance programs, vendor relationships, and key operational support functions Ensure strong internal controls, financial systems, and policies that support long-term organizational success Qualifications for the
Chief Financial Officer:
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally serving as a CFO or senior finance executive Required nonprofit accounting experience with significant grant management Strong background in budgeting, audits, IRS Form 990 reporting, and board-level financial presentations #
