Strategic Financial Leadership:

Direct and oversee the financial strategy, planning, and fiscal stability for utility-scale renewable energy assets, including with a primary focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and solar integration.

Capital Markets & Financing:

Lead the structuring and execution of complex project finance deals, including tax equity, debt financing, and capital raises for energy storage projects exceeding $100M+ in value.

Asset Management & Optimization:

Oversee the financial performance of renewable assets, including monitoring

CAISO/ERCOT

market revenue, managing RA (Resource Adequacy) agreements, and optimizing O&M (Operations & Maintenance) budgets.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure strict adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations. Manage compliance with FEOC (Foreign Entity of Concern) and PWA (Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship) standards to maximize federal tax credits (ITC/PTC).

Executive Stakeholder Engagement:

Present quarterly financial results, risk assessments, and growth forecasts to the Board of Directors, investors, and joint-venture partners.
