Role Description The CFO/Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Austell, GA, responsible for overseeing the company's financial transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and budgeting, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and monitoring cash flow and profitability. The CFO/Accountant will collaborate with leadership and project teams, oversee accounting operations such as billing, payroll, and implement controls and processes that support sustainable growth in a construction and steel fabrication environment. Qualifications 2-5 years of professional accounting experience is required Strong foundation in Finance, including Financial Planning and cash flow management skills. Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting. Experience with Sage 300 Construction software is helpful MS Excel with knowledge of Pivot Tables and Formulas Knowledge of construction or manufacturing industry financial practices is beneficial.
