Role Summary We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to lead our global finance organization and serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the finance function into a modern, insight-driven organization that supports long-term growth and performance. The CFO will play a central role in enterprise decision-making, bringing clarity, discipline, and data-driven insight to strategic priorities, investments, and operations. This leader will balance high-level vision with strong execution, building the capabilities, structure, and processes needed to scale effectively. This role reports to the President & CEO. In This Role, You Will… What You Bring to the Team Experience & Education The hiring range for this position in Itasca is $300,000 to $370,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
