As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with exceptional financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and supporting business development initiatives to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster growth and stability. Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 standards. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and support long-term business objectives. Manage risk assessment processes including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance, risk management frameworks, and internal controls such as COSO. Supervise treasury management activities including cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and investment strategies. Oversee regulatory reporting requirements for governmental agencies and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and standards. Drive revenue management initiatives, profit & loss analysis, cost control measures, and expense management to enhance organizational profitability. Lead mergers & acquisitions activities by conducting market analysis, due diligence, valuation assessments, negotiations, and integration planning. Manage financial software systems for accurate financial report writing and interpretation; utilize advanced financial modeling tools for scenario analysis. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning efforts, business development opportunities, and supply chain cost management initiatives. Supervise finance teams responsible for payroll management, cost accounting, tax accounting, public accounting functions, and technical accounting practices. Qualifications Proven experience in senior leadership roles within finance or accounting departments with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, IAS
standards, ASC 606 guidelines, SOX compliance requirements, COSO frameworks, and governmental accounting practices. Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, and risk analysis. Strong background in financial analysis, business analysis, market analysis, and strategic planning to support organizational growth. Proficiency with advanced financial software systems and tools for financial modeling and reporting accuracy. Exceptional negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to business development opportunities. Excellent communication skills for clear financial report writing and interpretation tailored for diverse audiences including board members and stakeholders.
