Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Methuen, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in driving the financial success and sustainability of the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in financial management, team leadership, and compliance, while fostering collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, ensuring long-term sustainability and organizational growth.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, monitoring expenditures and analyzing variances to optimize resources.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings and grant reporting requirements.
  • Direct core accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies, to maintain strong financial relationships.
  • Supervise patient accounting and revenue cycle operations, ensuring timely billing, reimbursement, and collections.
  • Implement and monitor financial systems and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Manage and develop Finance and Patient Accounts teams, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance financial operations and organizational policies.
