• Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will play a critical role in guiding financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic planning. You\'ll partner closely with clinical, operational, and board leadership to ensure resources are aligned with mission and regulatory requirements in a highly dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
• Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and audit
• Oversee funding streams including Medicaid, state contracts, grants, and other public sources
• Provide strategic financial insight to support expansion of services and programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations
• Optimize revenue cycle management and reimbursement processes
• Partner with executive leadership on capital planning, investments, and risk management
• Present financial performance and strategy to the Board of Directors Ideal Candidate
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or complex nonprofit environments
• Deep understanding of public funding mechanisms (e.g., Medicaid, state contracts)
• Experience managing multi-entity or multi-site financial operations
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the executive and board level
• Track record of driving financial transformation and operational improvements
• CPA or advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or similar) preferred Why This Role
