$190K•210K base + bonus + equity + transaction bonus A PE-backed manufacturing company ($20-30M revenue) seeking a hands-on CFO to partner directly with the CEO and lead the business through a potential transaction in the next 12-24 months. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role ideal for a Controller or VP of Finance stepping into their first CFO seat. Key Responsibilities Own financial strategy, KPIs, and 5-year planning Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing/bid analysis Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital structure Oversee financial reporting, board presentations, and compliance (DCAA/DCMA) Drive system improvements (NetSuite, Power BI) Lead and develop a lean global finance team (U.S. & U.K.) Support M&A activity and transaction readiness Qualifications Background as Controller, VP, or SVP of Finance (CFO experience welcome) Manufacturing experience required (government/defense preferred) Experience in small/mid-sized companies (
