This role is ideal for a finance professional who brings a strong background in strategic finance, capital planning, operational leadership, and financial infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to operate both strategically and operationally within an established organization while helping support long-term business objectives and future opportunities within the renewable energy sector. Position Overview The Strategic Finance Executive will serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with executive and financial leadership to support the company's financial strategy, capital planning initiatives, operational finance structure, and long-term organizational objectives. This individual will play an important role in strengthening financial infrastructure, supporting banking and financing relationships, evaluating strategic opportunities, and assisting with long-term financial planning initiatives. The role will also collaborate alongside existing leadership to support the continued stability and long-term organizational objectives of the company. Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with executive leadership to support long-term strategic and financial initiatives
• Assist in development and execution of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management processes
• Support evaluation of capital strategy opportunities, including debt and equity financing initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking, lending, and financial partners
• Support evaluation of strategic business opportunities, acquisitions, and long-term financial initiatives
• Help strengthen financial infrastructure, financial reporting, and operational processes
• Collaborate with accounting and finance leadership regarding financial reporting, compliance, audit coordination, and internal financial procedures
• Provide strategic financial insight related to operational performance and organizational efficiency
• Assist in preparation of financial presentations, reporting materials, and strategic analyses for executive leadership and external partners as needed
• Support ongoing financial process improvements and systems optimization initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support overall company objectives Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• CPA designation
• Progressive financial leadership experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or related industries
• Experience supporting strategic finance initiatives, capital planning, banking relationships, and organizational financial leadership
• Experience working within established privately owned or private equity-backed organizations preferred
• Strong operational finance, financial planning, and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to operate strategically while remaining collaborative and operationally engaged
