The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, and financial management, with a proven ability to drive fiscal health and operational efficiency. As a key member of the leadership team, the Fractional CFO will oversee financial planning, analysis, risk management, and compliance, supporting sustainable growth and strategic decision-making across diverse business sectors. Responsibilities Lead comprehensive financial analysis, including profit & loss statements, cash flow forecasting, and market analysis to inform strategic planning. Develop and implement robust budgeting processes, expense management strategies, and cost control measures aligned with organizational goals. Oversee corporate accounting functions in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 standards for revenue recognition. Manage treasury functions such as liquidity management, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, and compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) requirements. Provide leadership in mergers & acquisitions activities, including due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation support, and integration planning. Experience Extensive senior leadership experience in financial management roles within diverse industries such as corporate finance or non-profit accounting. Proven expertise in managing complex financial systems using advanced financial software tools; familiarity with governmental accounting is a plus.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
