Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization towards sustained growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and visionary leadership skills, grant writing and funding development, business and financial acumen, policy and compliance expertise, strong communication, team building/staff development and relationship-building skills, ability to lead through change and drive innovation, commitment to equity, family-centered care, and community-based services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Strategic Leadership & Growth Develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with federal and state reforms (e.g., FFPSA, Medicaid updates, integrated care initiatives). Set and execute the organization's strategy, aligned with federal and state reforms (e.g., FFPSA, Medicaid updates, integrated care initiatives), allocating capital, and building and overseeing the executive team. Identify new funding streams, partnership opportunities, and service innovations. Lead business development efforts to expand programs and diversify revenue. Own and drive the organizations mission, vision, values, and organizational culture. Program Oversight & Quality Ensure fidelity to the Wraparound Model and compliance with CMO standards. Oversee performance improvement, data analytics, and outcome reporting. Utilize data and reporting for the continuous improvement of performance and program outcomes. Strengthen internal operational and communication systems to meet evolving federal and state requirements. Financial Management Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial sustainability and ultimately responsible for the organization's fiscal viability. Lead grant development efforts, including federal, state, and foundation proposals. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements. Partnerships & External Relations •Serve as the primary liaison to state agencies, county partners, schools, and community organizations. Represent the organization in statewide coalitions and policy discussions. Build relationships with philanthropic and funding partners to support growth. Board Collaboration Work closely with the Board of Directors on governance, planning, and organizational performance. Provide transparent updates on financial health, program outcomes, and strategic initiatives. Strong connection to the community to recruit and attract new board members and fundraising opportunities in support of the organizations mission and success.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in social work, public administration, public health, business, or related field preferred. Senior leadership experience in behavioral health, child welfare, nonprofit management, or related systems. Demonstrated success in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and team development. Experience with grant writing, fund development, or federal/state funding mechanisms. Strong financial management and business strategy skills. Knowledge of Medicaid, FFPSA, behavioral health integration, and value-based care models. Pay:

$150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
