Job Description
JOB TITLE
CFO SALARY:
This is a full-time position/pay is dependent on experience.DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for managing all financial and accounting operations, for the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports and ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Must be able to prepare, analyze, and distribute accurate monthly income statements, develop and maintain annual operating budget, review all month-end and year-end closing activities. The CFO will be responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, ensure accuracy of general ledger, oversee all journal entries, accruals, recurring transactions. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. Reports to the Board of Commissioners and leading audit efforts.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. (MBA/CPA preferred)SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
