We're seeking an experienced CFO to join a talented team dedicated to growth, excellence, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Oversee accounting functions, compliance, and risk management Manage liquidity, investments, and capital sources to support organizational goals Develop and implement strategies that balance risk with mission-driven objectives Collaborate with the executive team to drive organizational growth and financial sustainability Supervise finance staff and foster a high-performance team culture Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members and community partners Qualifications / What We're Looking For Minimum of 15 years' experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA preferred Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences Proven leadership in financial planning, risk management, and compliance Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required Why Join the Team?
