Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the financial operations of a growing residential group home program. This is a part-time leadership role ideal for a finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven organization. The CFO will ensure financial stability, compliance, and long-term sustainability while providing strategic financial guidance to leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and monitor organizational budgets and financial forecasts Oversee financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly reviews Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, licensing, and reporting requirements Support audit preparation and financial documentation Provide strategic financial guidance to leadership and program directors Assist with cost allocation, grant budgeting, and financial planning for program growth

N/A Reports to: Owner Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related field Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Strong understanding of compliance and financial regulations (nonprofit or human services experience preferred) Ability to work independently and manage financial systems with minimal oversight Degree required — relevant professional experience will be strongly considered Compensation & Schedule Annual compensation: $ $6,656 Paid in quarterly installments Flexible schedule averaging 4 hours per week Ideal Candidate Experience working with nonprofits, group homes, or human service organizations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strategic thinker with the ability to support program growth Comfortable working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
