We are working with a well-established organization in the York, PA area that is looking to add a Chief Financial Officer to its leadership team. This is a highly visible opportunity to step into a key executive role with influence across the organization. The CFO will partner closely with leadership to strengthen financial strategy, improve reporting and controls, develop KPIs, and help guide long-term business decisions. This opportunity offers a base salary starting around $250K, with flexibility based on experience, plus bonus and incentive opportunities, executive-level perks, and a comprehensive benefits package. What you'll be responsible for: Lead all aspects of financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Partner with executive leadership to support business strategy, growth initiatives, and decision-making Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track performance and identify opportunities Oversee internal controls, policies, procedures, and compliance with accounting standards Manage audit processes and maintain relationships with external partners Oversee cash flow, banking, treasury, and risk management functions Guide daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting Build, mentor, and develop a strong finance and accounting team Identify and implement process, reporting, and system improvements Provide financial insight and recommendations to support operational and strategic goals What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred Strong background in finance leadership within a complex operating environment Experience overseeing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning Experience in construction, manufacturing, project-based, or multi-entity environments required Comfortable working with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and KPI development Ability to communicate effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders Hands-on leader who can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day execution Strong business acumen, leadership presence, and ability to drive change What's in it for you: Base salary starting around $250K, with flexibility based on experience Bonus and incentive opportunities Executive-level perks Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Retirement savings plan Opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role Collaborative leadership team that values input, ideas, and business partnership Stable, established organization with ongoing growth and change Please note, this is an onsite position based in the York, PA area.
