CFO:
Act as the top strategic financial leader to design and scale the economic future of a mission-driven organization, moving beyond simple operational upkeep to aggressively build out systems. Direct all enterprise-wide financial strategies, predictive modeling, multi-entity budgeting, and advanced FP&A processes across the entire organizational footprint. Maintain absolute governance over highly complex, restricted fund accounting systems, including multi-tier public sector funding, state grants, and federal contract compliance. Oversee total accounting infrastructure, inclusive of revenue cycle management, capital allocations, treasury functions, and liquidity optimization. Lead the preparation and execution of independent audits, complex tax filings, and strict regulatory adherence under specialized GAAP frameworks. Deliver high-level financial narratives directly to the Board of Directors and executive steering committees, translating intricate data into clear, actionable governance strategies. Mitigate enterprise risk through the continuous refinement of internal control structures, compliance audits, and asset protection strategies. Mentor, structure, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting division to support institutional growth. Modernize and integrate specialized financial software and reporting systems to maximize operational workflow efficiency. Utilize deep subject matter expertise in managing strict compliance frameworks for restricted institutional funding and government allocations. Requirements for the
