Core Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, providing insight, organization, and sound judgment across a wide range of priorities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, inventory oversight, and financial management across a complex portfolio of entities. Oversee financial activity spanning multiple properties, family assets, corporate entities, and nonprofit organizations. Lead and develop the accounting team while helping strengthen processes, systems, and the overall finance function.

What You'll Bring:

Strong accounting and finance leadership experience, ideally within a family office or similarly complex, multi-entity environment. CPA preferred, but not required. Experience working with NetSuite, Oracle PBCS, and/or AI-enabled tools such as Copilot. A thoughtful, adaptable people leader who can navigate gray areas, exercise sound judgment, and build long-term relationships.
