VP of Finance/CFO-Transportation

Kennesaw Transportation is seeking an experienced VP of Finance / CFO to lead our financial operations, reporting, forecasting, financing, and accounting functions. This executive role is ideal for a strong financial leader with a background in trucking, logistics, transportation, or another asset-based industry. The VP of Finance / CFO will oversee financial reporting, consolidations, GL accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, banking relationships, lender reporting, equipment financing, internal controls, and the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance , strong financial reporting experience, a solid understanding of GAAP, and the ability to provide clear financial insight to ownership and executive leadership.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 7-10 years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience preferred Trucking, transportation, logistics, or fleet experience strongly preferred Strong background in financial reporting, consolidations, forecasting, budgeting, and GL accounting Experience with banking, financing, debt reporting, equipment loans, and cash flow management Strong Excel and financial systems skills Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities

COMPETITIVE SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Pay:

$77,324.48 - $93,121.96 per year
