Job Description:
Harmer has partnered with a Private Equity firm seeking to hire CFO ! •The employment type is unique as it will initially be part-time (2-3 days per week) and evolve into more full-scale as the role grows to higher needs. Therefore, the right individual needs to be flexible for part-time work that eventually evolves into full-time •

Dallas Work Model:
Onsite Heavy emphasis on quality culture and high values! Role Duties Financial statement preparation, budget, audit, tax, compliance (outside firms handle/assist with some of these matters but required oversight and management). Qualifications CPA required Experience with ERP implementations a strong plus Understanding of the reporting cadence of private equity Polished and professional with articulate communication Ability to work part-time initially (2-3 days per week) and evolve into full-time
