Transformative We are seeking a Fractional CFO to join our team on-site at one of our 13 offices, hybrid, or remotely! The Fractional CFO provides strategic financial leadership to CAS clients, including long-term planning, forecasting, financial modeling, capital structure decisions, and high-level advisory support. This role partners with client executives to enhance financial performance and strengthen decision-making.What your day looks like:
Provides strategic financial guidance to client executives on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Develops and interprets advanced financial models, KPIs, and performance dashboards. Advises clients on capital structure, financing, and cash flow strategies. Oversees high-level financial reporting accuracy and strategic accounting policies. Collaborates closely with Controllers, Senior Managers, and Managers. Presents financial insights to client boards, ownership groups, or leadership teams. Identifies risks, trends, and opportunities impacting financial strategy. Maintains Firm confidentiality. Follows Firm policies by conforming to procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook. Develops an understanding of the Firm's vision, plan, and strategies and their role in achieving them. Works sufficient hours needed to complete assigned responsibilities. What you need for this role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred. 8+ years of financial leadership experience. Strong financial modeling and strategic advisory skills. $125,000.00-$160,000.00 Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, credentials, demonstrated skills, performance, and business need.
