Providing strategic financial leadership to senior executives and ownershipManaging accounting operations, reporting, and GAAP complianceLeading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planningTranslating financial data into actionable business insightsOverseeing banking relationships, cash flow, and working capitalDriving financial accountability through KPIs and dashboardsManaging external audits, tax filings, and advisor relationshipsDeveloping internal controls and promoting financial disciplineLeading and mentoring a growing finance and accounting team
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCPA and/or MBA preferred8+ years of progressive financial leadership experienceProven success in a senior or executive financial roleDeep knowledge of GAAP, financial planning, and reportingExperience influencing strategic decisions at the executive levelStrong leadership, discretion, and judgmentAbility to lead teams and communicate complex financial ideas clearlyThis is a confidential search.
