We're partnering with a large, global, privately held organization to identify its next Chief Financial Officer - a highly visible executive leadership role with the opportunity to help shape the company's next chapter. This is much more than leading Accounting & Finance. We're looking for a strategic business leader who can connect the numbers to the bigger picture, influence executive decision-making and help drive sustainable, profitable growth.

The CFO will:

Partner closely with the President, executive leadership and global stakeholders Lead financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and companywide performance Drive long-term value creation, profitability and margin improvement Establish meaningful KPIs and performance metrics across the organization Provide financial leadership around investments, integrations, expansion and strategic initiatives Oversee financial reporting, risk management, internal controls, audit and regulatory compliance Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Finance & Accounting organization Help navigate a complex, geographically dispersed business operating within a global organization Who are we looking for? A proven CFO, VP Finance, Divisional CFO or senior finance executive with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience and a strong foundation in corporate finance, accounting, controls and financial strategy. Experience with business integrations, transformation or complex multi-site organizations is especially attractive. MBA, CPA or equivalent credentials are preferred.
