We are looking for:

Excellent working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial reporting, knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party policies. Computer skills including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, accounting, payroll and practice management applications. Prepare and review preparation and finalization of monthly and annual financial reporting. Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, banking and cash flow. Manage effective and streamlined administrative/financial systems including: financial, accounting, legal, contracts administration and grant funding. Coordinate all financial audit activities. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of the company. Serve as a business partner to the CEO on the organizations financial, budgeting and administrative processes with a focus toward continuously developing and improving systems. Must have a A minimum five years' experience in healthcare accounting, finance and or business is required. Non-profit with a background in behavioral healthcare is preferred.
