Evaluate whether the firm's staffing and compensation structures support sustainable profitability. Identify unprofitable processes, unnecessary expenses, and underperforming investments. Work with operations and legal leadership to improve case velocity, financial outcomes, and resource allocation. Establish financial benchmarks for pre-litigation, litigation, intake, marketing, administration, and settlement functions. Marketing and Growth Analysis Partner with marketing leadership to establish budgets and evaluate return on advertising and business-development expenditures. Measure cost per lead, cost per signed case, projected case value, marketing-channel profitability, and return on marketing investment. Develop financial standards for approving, expanding, reducing, or discontinuing marketing campaigns. Ensure that growth initiatives are supported by realistic revenue projections, staffing plans, and cash-flow forecasts.
