Small Team Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Oversee and supervise the accounting team in day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and tax laws
• Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize expenses
• Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
• Perform business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of governmental accounting principles and tax regulations
• Proven experience in supervising and leading a team
• Excellent cost control skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools
• In-depth understanding of payroll management processes
