Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure organizational sustainability. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow in a lean operational environment. Identify and secure funding opportunities, including debt financing, grants, or investor capital. Implement and oversee technology-driven financial systems, leveraging AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and insight. Partner with operational teams to align financial strategy with mission objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements, including audits and tax filings. Advise on strategic business decisions and potential growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, preferably in legal services, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors. Expertise in financial strategy, fundraising, debt financing, and managing tight budgets. Strong technological proficiency, including comfort with AI tools and advanced financial systems. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, resource-constrained environment while maintaining focus on long-term goals. Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Compensation:

Base salary of $200,000 per year Annual performance-based bonus of 15% Flexible work arrangement (remote or in-office) Opportunity to shape and scale a mission-focused organization while driving meaningful impact
