Job Description
Location (Any) - Modesto, CA/Stockon, CA OR Dallas/Austin/San Antonio/El Paso, TX OR Salt Lake City, UT OR Phoenix, AZ.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday + Rotating On-Call - we can also consider part time during the week with weekend support hours. Overview Balance Staffing is seeking a Safety & Claims Specialist to support workplace safety incidents and Workers' Compensation claims. This role focuses on injury intake, claim coordination, and return-to-work support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Respond to Safety Hotline calls and conduct injury intake
- Assist with Workers' Compensation claims from reporting through resolution
- Coordinate return-to-work and modified duty assignments
- Communicate with employees, clients, adjusters, and medical providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on open items
- Participate in a mandatory rotating after-hours and weekend Hotline schedule Qualifications
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish - fluent)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience required
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and responsive in urgent situations
- Experience with Bullhorn or similar systems is a plus Schedule
- Monday-Friday (business hours)
- Rotating on-call schedule required (evenings and weekends): One week on, one week off rotation Responsibilities limited to monitoring and responding to Safety Hotline calls only Shared across team members
