Job Summary We are seeking a new Property Claims and Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in San Juan Capistrano. This role will be a combination of responsibilities that will include: Assisting our field offices and contract carrier partners in coverage aquisition and compliance with contract insurance requirements. Review and approval of all vendor insruance coverage, verification and monitoring of vendor coverage, insurance document management and archiving, ensuring compliance with company policy and contractual requirements, policy status monitoring and verificaiton. Administrative support and management of property damange cliams. Coordination with corporate insurance agent and claims representatives for corporate insurance claims and subrogations. Requirements Prior experience in high volume certificate of insurance processing. Experience and familiarity with commerical insruance policies and programs. Excellent customer service skills providing administrative support for insurance claims processing. Skilled in property damage claim management and resolution. Full time office attendance Monday to Friday is required. Skills Commercial liablity claim management. Solid knowledge of claims subrogation processes and procedures. Experience in the review and management of commercial certificates of insurance. Full competency in Microsoft 365 application suite, especially Excel.
