Job Description

Job Overview Join our team as an Insurance Inspector/Adjuster, where you will play a vital role in exterior property inspection and evaluating property insurance claims. This position offers the opportunity to investigate claims thoroughly and ensure fair and accurate settlements. You will be the key point of contact for policyholders providing exceptional customer service while maintaining rigorous analysis standards. Your expertise will help uphold the integrity of our claims process and contribute to a fair and efficient insurance experience for all parties involved. Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of damaged property to assess the extent of loss Gather evidence through on-site investigations, photographs, interviews, and review of relevant documentation Utilize specialized financial software to document findings accurately and efficiently Negotiate settlement amounts with claimants and repair vendors to reach mutually agreeable resolutions Maintain organized records of inspections, reports, and communications for audit purposes and future reference Qualifications Proven experience in insurance adjusting, claims investigation, or related roles is preferred but not required Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines Proficiency with financial software used in insurance claims processing and estimation tools Exceptional customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members Negotiation abilities to facilitate fair settlements that satisfy all parties involved Join us in making a difference by ensuring fair claims resolution while delivering outstanding service. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $68,900.00 per year
