About Us Pro Bid LLC is a fast-growing construction and restoration company specializing in roofing, storm damage, water mitigation, fire restoration, and full-service reconstruction. We work directly with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance companies to help get projects approved, funded, and completed correctly. We are looking for an ndividual who understands the insurance restoration process and can help our team stay aggressive, organized, and efficient throughout the claims process. Position Overview This role is for someone who can handle insurance claim supplements, communicate with adjusters, assist with estimating, send bids, order materials, and help keep projects moving internally. ) Prior experience in insurance restoration, roofing, mitigation, or construction estimating preferred Ability to negotiate and communicate professionally with insurance carriers Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines Strong computer and technology skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
