Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential crawl space, basement, or foundation issues and provide comprehensive solutions for SwainCo to perform. Implement integrated sales strategies that provide opportunities to close the job. Educate homeowners on the issues and the solutions. Drive company vehicles safely while adhering to all driving laws and safety protocols during site visits and service appointments (if applicable) Collaborate with team members and work great with others. Be able to take and follow instructions from management. Work in the Indianapolis area and surrounding counties. Requirements Proven experience in sales in the foundation repair industry or similar field. Min. Of 3 years of experience. Strong knowledge of the industry, the issues, and solutions. Valid drivers license Reliable transportation for running leads around the Indianapolis area.
