This Bodily Injury Claims Supervisor position is responsible for leading a team of Bodily Injury Claims Representatives handling automobile liability claims involving injury exposures. The Claims Supervisor will provide guidance, oversight, coaching, and development to individual contributors while ensuring quality claim outcomes, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Protecting the company's assets through sound leadership, claims handling, and business practices is essential to success in this role. This person will assure delivery of (1) "best in class" customer service, (2) quality claims handling, (3) loss adjustment expense control, and (4) continuous improvement. The Bodily Injury Claims Supervisor will play a critical role in developing team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management. As a member of the claims leadership team, this individual will be expected to build strong working relationships across departments while contributing to the overall success of the Claims Department and Traders Insurance.
