We are seeking a Service Receptionist and Warranty Claim Specialist to join our busy and growing dealership. As the Service Receptionist and Warranty Claim Specialist , you will handle all service phone calls, scheduling, warranty claims processing and coordination of logistics on inbound and outbound vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Answer service phone calls and schedule service appointments. Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with warranty company guidelines. Process service invoicing accurately, completely and in a timely manner. Coordinate with technicians for efficient workflow. Manage logistics for transportation of incoming and outgoing vehicles. Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide support in resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:

Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft Office Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers. Highly energetic and promotes a culture of positivity and collaboration. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Prior experience in automotive service or warranty claims is a plus. Possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• 5:00 PM Wednesday
• 8:15 AM
• 5:00 PM Thursday
• 8:15 AM
• 6:30 PM Friday
• 8:15 AM
• 6:00 PM Hours above include a one hourly daily lunch break.

Approximately 43 hours per week, with paid overtime.
